Randomized equation to illustrate a quantitative measure of the strength of a technical skill based on relation between the Proficiency and Experience.Defined by Deepti to represent technical interest in perticular technical skill.Equation represents an exponential correlation between proficiency and experience. Strength of a technical skill is superlinear. Higher the proficiency, greater is the correlation factor.
